ALLISON LINCOLN

Hey there!

I am well aware that you are not here for my words, let’s get straight to the point.

I’ve been dancing since the ripe age of two and a half and after graduating from UB in 2021, I am now a choreographer, dance photographer, teacher and competition judge.

I first picked up a camera when I was sixteen. I mostly got into photography because that was what all of the “cool kids” were doing. Looking back, I see it as a constant theme of fun and exploration, from the early chaotic-facebook-status-era, to pushing myself to learn the technical aspects. It started with a curiosity for capturing nature but quickly turned into dressing up my friends (in strange outfits) to be my muse. I’ve grown to love portrait photography and all of the diversity within this art— every single shoot is different!

I think it’s awesome when people love getting their photos taken, but I personally understand the dread that a lot of people feel when they are in front of the camera. I will always try my best to keep it as painless as possible! We’re going to get creative and have fun with movements that feel natural and authentic to you. My goal is to always connect with the people I’m working with and to establish a good vibe to create a comfortable and fun environment for all of us. I would absolutely love to partner with your vision and make it come to life!
